Any cat breeds that don't shed much fur?

I need a cat, but my last one was inadvertently rather furry, and white. XP No one else in the family much liked that, so I need to pick a breed that does not shed much. Preferably one that is not very active, I don't think I can be good to a cat that needs to play all the time, I'm slow.
