This guy and I like each other, but...?

I met this guy a few months ago and we really hit it off. He goes to my church, and we've been texting each other a lot, and we hang out at church and at the pool. His friends tell me that he likes me, and I like him back. We are so similar- in fact, I am often told that he is the boy version of myself. However, he's two years younger than I am. Although that may not seem like a lot, we are in high school, so its a little weird to some people, but its not that I care what they think. I'm worried that he might be afraid to make a move because he thinks I will be weirded out or something. What should I do to let him know (inadvertently) that I am interested? Thanks!
