Are mites in my mustache?

I read that there are mites in my eyebrows and eyelashes, and I was wondering if there were any mites in my head hair? Mustache? beard? Does it matter if my facial hair is thin or full? Are they any wear else on me? If I lick my lips (and inadvertently my beard or mustache) would I eat any of mites? Could those mites survive within me?
