Is it possible that my dog forgot he was potty trained?

the SAME exact thing happened to me, same exact breed, it is entirely possible that she/he forgot. But remember ANYTHING with Shih-Tza in it has a possiblity to be extrememly stupid, i have had 3. all were.... dull. :P
