How can I "reclaim" my yahoo account that was COMPROMISED?

I no longer have access to ANY alternative emails where yahoo could send a link to. I couldn't access my OLD yahoo email, & now I've apparently simply inadvertently opened up a brand new yahoo account. (This question DID NOT POST under my alicia arol name.)
