Why is my dog acting so funny now?

I took my 4 month old Shih Tzu puppy to a local petstore to be cleaned, no names mentioned. They said that she did very good and that nothing went wrong. But after I got her back and took her to my brothers, she isn't acting herself. Once we got home, the same thing =/ She is refusing to eat out of the bowl, and she isn't as playful. I'm starting to get woried, is this normal? This was the first time I took her to a place to be cleaned. If this has happened to you what did you do and did it get better? Thank you and please help.
