I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING & I'M NOT GOING TO BE PUNISHED (10 PTS)!!!!?

I asked this guy to prom & he said no & sent me all my flaws in a txt. We sit next to each other during art class & we share a drawer to put our supplies in. Yesterday, our brushes got mixed up in the drawer & I inadvertently took his brushes but I hadn't started painting w/ them yet. He noticed & fixed everything. Then he accused me of taking his palette which I did not. My colors started mixing together so I was given a brand new palette a few weeks ago. The day before yesterday they started to mix together again so I rinsed it out at the sink. It looked brand new. His looked practically brand new too though b/c he's neat w/ his paint. His wasn't in the drawer so he assumed I took his which I DID NOT! He was given a brand new palette immediately so it did not even affect him. So today at the beginning of class, I got in trouble for "stealing his palette & brushes" & talked to by the principle. I said I didn't do it but apparently I'm becoming an annoyance to him just from sitting there so I was moved to a desk completely isolated from the rest of the room in the far corner that was originally the seat of a girl who came in late to the class. I have nobody around me, no interaction w/ anyone. I was told to empty my stuff out of the old drawer. I liked my old seat; I'm friends w/ the girl next to me. I talk to her. I'm not going to "roll over and obey" so to speak. If he has a problem, he needs to be the 1 moved. So tom I am going to calmly go in & sit at my regular seat & tell the teacher that I'm not moving & that he needs to be the one moved. I am not going to get upset or break down. I am just going to stand my ground, be calm, cool, & collected. I did not do anything wrong. This guy is an *** who blames me for everything that goes wrong in his life. But I am not being moved anywhere else. That is where I will be sitting & I will not take no for an answer calmly & respectively. HE is the 1 who should be moved. Any suggestions or improvements in my idea for tom? Your thoughts on this?
