DON'T put her down! And I would suggest taking her off anti-anxiety pills, there is no evidence that all these drugs help. In fact evidence seems to be pointing that all this stuff that's supposed to help doesn't help at all in fact it looks like it's making things worse. I don't know how to calm her down but don't put her down.
