PS3 or Wii and why......?

Here's the deal: a bad thunderstorm passed through the other day and tripped the breaker to the house. My wii inadvertently got fried and was out of warranty. My question is- should I just buy another Wii or shell out the extra $160 for a PS3. I mainly just watch Netflix on my Wii so was wondering if a PS3 would do the same (for free unlike the xbox)? I also have an Xbox 360- so would shelling out the extra money be worth what games are on the PS3?
