Is there a comprehensive list of restrictions on sex offenders for Oklahoma?

I have a friend who is a registered sex offender in Oklahoma. I was wondering if there was a place online where I could find a list of restrictions in the state, so I don't inadvertently cause offense by suggesting something he can't do, or inadvertently get him into trouble.
