I am an alcoholic and I need help.?

I am 23 years old I live in Las Vegas /NV. I have been struggling and trying to get sober for sooo long ande im litterally killing my inadvertently. I wana stop so damm bad, but i allways only manage to put together a lil bit of time and then go on a runner till my body cant tajke it anymore. I need some advice on where i can get into a treatment program. Thing is no money and no insurance kinda leaves nothing. thewre has to be some sort of goverment funded treatment right? I've even thought about getting my self into trouble with the law so i can tell the judge i need help and he can put me in a facilit, thats how desperate for help i am. I don't know what to do i just know i need help and i dont wana die.
